Our story began 37,000 feet in the air

long before Auréa Java ever existed



As a couple working as cabin crew, our lives unfolded above the clouds. We watched the world wake up from aircraft windows, crossed oceans in hours, and moved between cities faster than we could learn their names. We carried passengers to their dreams while quietly nurturing our own.

But our strongest connection didn’t come from the destinations we visited. It came from a small ritual that followed us everywhere. Cups of coffee, in quiet hotel rooms after long flights, at strange hours, in unfamiliar places.

The coffee was often ordinary, but the moments were not.

Those simple cups sparked a question we couldn’t ignore.

What does truly great coffee taste like?

Our layovers slowly became lessons and curiosity brewing into passion. Years later, we finally hung up our wings, a new question emerged. What if we could bring everything we discovered around the world home?
